I understand that all applications must meet the requirements of NRS 394 and NAC 394 to be approved.

Applications are processed in the order received. Initial licensing applications must be received a minimum of 60 days prior to the Commission meeting to be considered. Incomplete application will not be placed on the agenda until required documents are received and approved by agency staff.
